That's right, today we're going to tell you all about the Japanese-themed casino that is Casushi. We will explain everything this casino has to offer so that you can ultimately make up your own mind about if.

We will kick this review off by highlighting some of the pros and cons of Casushi Casino. This will help pinpoint where they can excel and things they can improve upon.

Bonuses and Promotions at Casushi Casino
If there is one area that Casushi is lacking in, it's most definitely their casino bonus section. That's because they only actually have two promotions on offer, which includes the welcome one. They have other tabs within the promotions section but they aren't actually bonuses. One is actually a tournament and not a bonus, one highlights the top providers they're associated with and the other is about responsible gambling. While all important stuff, they aren't promotions. So with such little to offer, we're guessing the welcome bonus must be amazing…right?
Welcome Bonus
New players at Casushi.com can take advantage of a Welcome Offer that awards 100 Free Spins on Big Bass Splash. After registering, players must make a first deposit of at least £10 and ensure the bonus is selected. Once £10 of real money has been wagered on eligible slot games, the 100 Free Spins will be credited automatically. Each Free Spin is worth £0.10 and must be used within 48 hours of being awarded. Any winnings from the Free Spins are paid directly into the withdrawable cash balance and are not subject to wagering requirements.
Ongoing Promotions
Casushi runs the Drops & Wins promotion, giving players the chance to win thousands of prizes every week while playing selected slot games. The promotion includes weekly wheel drops and daily tournaments, offering rewards such as cash prizes, free spins, bet multipliers, and instant bonuses.
Players can take part by playing any slot marked with the Drops & Wins tag and opting in through the game. Prizes are awarded either randomly during play or through tournament leaderboards.
Daily Super Spinner
The daily super spinner promo entitles players to a daily spin of the super spinner wheel, where they have the chance to win cash prizes or free slot spins. At this point it's worth highlighting that not every spin will be a winning one.
To qualify for this promo you need to deposit and wager a minimum of £10 over a 24 hour period and the free super spin will be added to your account the very next day.

Games and Game Types at Casusi Casino
If Casushi was lacking in the promotions department, they certainly make up for it in this one. Although there aren't many live dealer games, they have a fabulous selection of slots, slingo games and instant wins. Let's now take a look at how they stack up in each games section.
Slot Games
Casushi is all about its casino slots. I mean you can't not be when your slogan is ‘The Way we Roll’. The slots section can be drilled down into Megaways games and Drops and Wins. If you know the game you're looking for you can enter it in the search bar.
Some of our favorites include:
Hot Offer Deluxe
10,000 Wonders
10,001 Nights
11 Enchanting Relics
15 Crystal Roses
Table Games
Although the table section isn't the biggest you will come across, there is enough there to keep you entertained. The games on offer include Roulette, Blackjack, Poker, Baccarat and Video Poker.
The games we enjoyed playing the most were:
20p Roulette
Aces & Faces Poker
First Person Baccarat
Casino Patience
Blazing Blackjack
Live Dealer Games
We've come across loads of reviews online that state the live casino section at Casushi was tiny. However, unless they've all been added recently, those reviewers weren't looking in the right place. We're not going to say the section is the biggest we have found, but it could neve be described as tiny or small. The live dealer casino games section includes Roulette, Blackjack, Poker, Game Shows and Baccarat.
Live Roulette
Live Blackjack
2 Hand Casino Hold'em
Lightning Storm
Bac Bo
Other Game Types
As mentioned the casino also has a large Slingo and Instant Wins offering. We would say these are certainly two of the biggest areas we have come across for either section. The games we liked were:
Slingo Rainbow Riches
Crazy Monkey: Banana Kingdom
Book of Slingo
Golden Quest
Slingo Reel King
Casushi Casino Game Providers
Although you can not filter by games providers on Cashushi, it doesn't mean they're not partnered with plenty of the big names within the industry. They have plenty of games brought to you by the top iGaming developers.
Some of the top providers partnered with Casushi Casino are:
- 1X2 Gaming
- 4 The Player
- BigTimeGaming
- Blueprint Gaming
- ELK Studios
Casushi Casino Jackpots
There are so many Jackpot games at Casushi that they not only have their own tab, they have two pages full of them! Some of the Casushi slots with the biggest jackpots we found included:
Book of Atem WowPot
7s Deluxe: Jackpot King
African Legends
Beat the Bobbies Jackpot
Beez Kneez Jackpot

User Experience at Casushi Casino
Many new casinos are trying to pick a theme to stand out from the crowd in such a saturated market and surprisingly this one works. The Japanese-themed website is lots of fun and easy to navigate around. It's bright and colourful text makes the casino jump out at you right from the off.
We tested the platform on various mobile devices too and found the experience to be just as good as the desktop one. Casushi also has a dedicated app which can be downloaded via the Google and Apple stores. The download took a number of seconds to complete and we could do everything on the app from registering and uploading documents to playing games and makiairly standard and we weren't caught out by anything we wouldn't expect to find. Our documents for the KYC process were verified within the hour, meaning we were ready to get playing fairly quickly.
Customer Support at Casushi
E-mail:support@casushi.com
Telephone: Not Available
Live Chat: Available
We have mixed feelings about the support provided by Cashushi Casino. While each and every response we received was clear, concise, and polite we did have a few niggling problems.
Firstly the live chat is only unavailable between 09.00 and 23.00. Now while this covers a large part of the day, it doesn't cater for everyone. There is no such thing as the standard nine to five day nowadays and as such our playing habits have changed too. This means if you have a problem during the night you won't be able to rectify it until the morning.
The second issue is the FAQs section. It's well put together and broken down nicely into different sections. However, there aren't enough questions on there and some of the answers are somewhat vague.
But we must highlight that all of the queries we raised were dealt with. So while our experience was a good one, others may not have the same experience.
Trustworthiness, Safety, and Licensing of Cashushi Casino
Besides being a fully licensed online casino, Cashushi also provides a safe gaming environment in many other ways. Firstly, the Cashushi games that they provide are all regularly independently tested to ensure that they are fair and meet the RTP rates listed on their payout page.
The second measure they take is by only providing payment methods that come with the highest security features. Cashushi will never store any of your payment details on file, so there is no chance of them falling into the wrong hands.
Lastly, they take responsible gaming very seriously. So much so, they have a Play Safe advert listed in their promotions section as they know this is one of the most visited parts of the website. They offer plenty of play safe tools such as deposit limits, take a break features, and they let you set your own reality checks which is not something we have come across very often. Casushi also offers helpful advice on their website to help you identify if you have a problem.
Review conclusion on Casushi
Casushi Casino is very light-hearted and they don't appear to take themselves too seriously, with their quirky, niche theme. However, that doesn't mean that they don't take things like player safety and security seriously as they most definitely do.
There are however, areas that they could improve in, such as the promotions they offer and providing 24/7 around the clock support. But if you can get past the poor offers and the customer support times won't affect you, what you're left with is a good, fun casino to play at.
Casushi will appeal to both slot fans and those who like to game on the go as they have a fantastic Cashushi app and mobile site.
